Maine’s capital city seeking applicants for senior level management position. Work involves providing support to employees and management on a wide range of human resource program issues including labor relations, recruitment, benefit administration, training and development, workers compensation, health and safety, and payroll administration. Ideal applicant will hold an advanced degree in related field and possess leadership experience in multiple human resources functional areas. Seven plus years of professional-level human resources experience in the development, implementation and supervision of labor and employee relations activities and programs.
